Payment details must be supplied with each booking form at the time of booking
· Bring a Friend bookings must both be purchased at the same time on the same form
· Any cancellations must be received in writing by 15 August 2007, an administration fee of £40 is applicable
· Where a cancellation is made by the delegate after 15 August 2007 the conference fee is not refundable
